Orders

All orders must be placed in writing via fax or e-mail.

Minimums apply to all orders including embroidered & printed garments.

A minimum of 40% deposit is required prior to commencement of any orders including digitizing or artwork.

Client artwork is recommended to be supplied in either jpeg or pdf format.

Our business hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Making an Appointment

All appointments are by prior arrangement and can be organized over the phone or by email

If you would like to make an appointment for one of our sales representatives to come & visit you, that can be arranged also. We can even attend one of your committee meetings at night to display our range if required. This is handy for sports associations as we understand that most of these positions are filled by volunteers who usually work through the day.

We are happy to supply free written quotes.
